In the newly realeased version 6.1.1 IMDb import works like the beta 202 for me:
Writers and cast (the complete list, the few names on the first tab are there) are still missing, the other information and the cover is imported. So most of the import is working again.

Re: Import from IMDb seems not to work correctly any more
Import from IDBb is still working only partially for me (Beta 202).
Is the IMDb page still in a process of change - in which case a new beta version of the Pedia would probably bring no big benefit - or can we expect an adapted beta in the near future?

Re: Import from IMDb seems not to work correctly any more
Using the version downloaded from Conor's link, I searched for two movies, got incomplete results and e-mailed the resulting debug file to support@bruji.com.
Hope this helps.

Re: Import from IMDb seems not to work correctly any more
The beta from the link (190) doesn't change things for me - still just rudimentary data from the IMDb.

Re: Import from IMDb seems not to work correctly any more
In the preferences all fields I want (e.g. actors) are still checked. I tried using "add" + the name search to add a movie, but with the same result. Something else must have gotten tangled up. I'm not using a beta version, but the latest official release. Might updating to a newer beta ve...

Import from IMDb seems not to work correctly any more
When I add a new movie to my collection, I just drag&drop the IMDb-url of the movie's entry to Dvdpedia, and a new entry poped up with all the data for the movie in it. The last two movies I added (yesterday "The Duellists", today "Bad Times at The El Royale") just showed dir...

Re: DVDpedia: IMDb import incomplete
No, after the fix everything is working again for me, director and user rating fields are filled correctly again (and both are still present).
At least that was the state the last time I added a movie to my collection, which was six days ago.

DVDpedia: IMDb import incomplete
Hi Connor, something must have changed in the IMDb interface - importing data from there now gives incomplete results: In the "Director" field, "if (typeof uet == 'function') {,uet("bb","LoadCSS",{wb: 1}),}" is returned, and the "User Rating" field r...

Graphics glitch in DVDpedia
Ever since I have upgraded to El Capitan, resizing the info field at the lower bottom of DVDpedia doesn't work right - the field "jumps" to the top of the window, leaving the bottom empty (see http://www.directupload.net/file/d/4137/qlot2qja_png.htm). When I click on another library everyt...

Wrong date in exported HTML
I have encountered a very strange problem with DVDpedia 5.3.2: I recently entered a few new disks with "purchased" date 29.12.2014. Now every time I export my collection to HTML (using a slightly modified FancyIndex template), these disks get exported with "purchased" date 29.12....

HTML Export: Reduce theatrical to year only?
Hi, I have the following problem: In the default FancyIndex export, the detailed view of a movie shows "Title (DVD Release Year) Country" in the header. I want to change this to "Title (Theatrical Release Year) Country". So I changed the middle entry form [key:year] to [key:theat...

Re: HTML Export not working correctly any more
Since the error does not appear when you do the export, I tried varying something else - the browser - and found out: The exported page works fine with Safari, but does not work with Chrome! I've been using Chrome for years now, so I did not think of this possibility. Seems it was most likely an upd...
