Customizing iPhone HTML Export Template
Hi, Here's what I'm doing. I have 2 HTML exports that I use regularly. Basic and iPhone. On both of these I want to replace the rating stars with the contents of Custom1. I was able to successfully modify the "Basic" template by replacing <img src="[key:starRatingURL]" width=&quo...

Re: Pocketpedia2
Thank you for that!
I, in fact, was in that group of people with 3.0 for tethering until just recently. Just too many little things that convinced me to update ;)

Re: Pocketpedia2
It is mentioned "for those of you that were able to acquire a copy of Pocketpedia2 during its short life at the App Store, be sure to keep it safe." Does this mean that PocketPedia2 will still sync with 4.5.5 of the Pedias? I figured with the new versions to fix search that it would not be...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data
Hi Conor, This is really more of a request/suggestion than a question. Within reasonable expectations, can you keep testing the "old" app for backwards compatibility? I've make a back-up copy of the app in case Amazon (through Apple) causes PocketPedia to mysteriously disappear from my iP...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data
That is unfortunate that there is no change going on. We will have to look into making a version of Pocketpedia that does not sync Amazon data. If you guys go ahead with this and make the new non-Amazon enabled app, will it be seen in iTunes as an upgrade to the current one, or an entirely new app?...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data
So did anyone hear from Amazon today, since we had that July 31st date floating around?

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data
When I first heard this was happening, I couldn't understand what possible motive they could have, as a list of my personal property does not compete with their store. Then I started to wonder, why only mobile apps? What does a mobile app do for you that the desktop version doesn't? For one thing, ...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data
Just out of curiosity, if I update my Pedias to 4.5.1 (I have DVDPedia 4.4.3 and BookPedia 4.5.0), will I lose the ability to sync to Pocketpedia? Actually I haven't even tried to sync my pocketpedia since all this went down for fear that something would stop working and I would erase pocketpedia's ...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data
Will you offer a lighter version without the search? I would be interested, especially if there is series / number in series support for bookpedia (think "belgian comics", ...) Midori That would be great (since I actually rarely used the search in the app itself, it was just really nice t...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data
This is really sad. I love the work you guys did on PocketPedia. I remember being so excited when I came across it when the app store opened. Hopefully Amazon eventually realizes this is a bad move and reverses it.

Re: DVDPedia 4 & globally changing linked file paths...
Hi, I bookmarked this thread a while back so I could come back to it when I needed it. Well, my DroboPro will be arriving today (YAY!) so soon I will have all my media consolidated from the many drives it's on right now. I just wanted to check and see if anyone knows if this method will still work w...

Re: Subsequent "updates" after an HTML export
Fantastic! Thanks so much, this is going to save a lot of uploading time. As for Pocketpedia, I use it and love it! But the reason I use the sites as well is so friends and family can see what I have, because I always get asked if I have anything good that they can borrow, so this makes it easy ;) A...
