Pocketpedia2 & Large Covers

So I took the advice and disabled Large Covers during my initial sync to speed it up, but now that everything's on there, I'd like to move the large covers over. Apparently enabling Large Covers in preferences and then syncing doesn't update the covers...?

To send all the information again to Pocketpedia, including the covers, hold down the option key on your Mac while pressing the Sync button in Pocketpedia. This will do a full sync instead of an update only that Pocketpedia normally does.

Could you add that "Option key usage during synching" info to the built-in Help and/or Pockpedia page, Conor? Or, refer me to where I've missed it? Thanks!
