Failing to delete a book cover

Why can I not delete the cover, please? When I click on edit, click on the cover picture and delete it, it disappears, but having clicked OK it remains displayed.

Use the "remove cover" menu command from under the advance menu after selecting your cover. The cover was not originally editable in the edit window but it became so in order to allow drag and drop; now that you brought the fact that you can delete it to my attention I will look at enabling that action.
