Old database
I use to inventory my books in Bookpedia but haven’t spent time on it in over 10 years. I have a very old version of Bookpedia - vs. 4.6.7 - and the very old database from that time. If I purchase or upgrade to the newest version of Bookpedia, would it be able to import this previous database? I know that I had well over 1500 books already in it and would not want to start over.

Wow version 4 - There should not be any problem (I think ??)
First thing you must do is make a backup of your original database. This can be found here: ~/Library/Application Support/********pedia
Then please have a read of this topic:Pedia Maintenance Practices
When you install the new version it should carry out a conversion process.
