email notifications for beta updates

Hi Team - just a suggestion, is there away perhaps that beta users could be automatically notified via email when there is a new beta released, e.g. version 5.1.3 beta 44 to beta 45 or even a sub-beta (update to an existing beta).

Now I personally am in the forums most days but only read those entries that I feel might interest me, so then I might miss a quick sub-beta fix update which you instruct a particular forum member to download. e.g. my IMDb Genre bug report today for which you immediately updated the plug-in. Not all forum members or non-members read the forums each day.

Just an idea to toss around.

Beta updates are usually not vital for all users of the beta (the IMDb plug-in change was an exception) but we can look at making the beta self-updating, i.e. so it can alert a user when a newer beta is available, thanks for the suggestion.
