Right value for setting ZDATEEDITED?

I'm assuming ZDATEEDITED is what the Pedias use to trigger syncs. I want to mass update bunch of records and have syncs to Pocketpedia work correctly afterwards:

Proposed SQLite. What goes in "???"?
update ZENTRY set somefield=somevalue, ZDATEEDITED=???;
