Amazon Import Issue
When I import from Amazon-US, the "Summary" field gets populated by the first Amazon reader review. It used to be populated by editorial review, which I prefer. Is this a bug or was this intentionally changed? Thanks

Tracking unique entries I have made to Doghouse
I think title says it. Can a user's unique entries be tracked over time by the end user?
Also, if for example I upload a more complete entry or a better quality cover image, how is this reconciled with an entry already in Doghouse?
Thanks, Howard

Sequential Numbering
Hopefully simple questions: How do I add a column that just numbers my books sequentially? Short of doing this, how does one find out how many items in collection without manually counting? Thanks

Dropbox.com and syncing
Hi, I have been using Dropbox (http://www.getdropbox.com) in combination with 1Password to keep my 1Password information synced between laptop and desktop. Dropbox is free for up to 2GB storage and it does block level (delta) syncing. It works great with 1Password and I could not help but wonder if ...

iSight Apologies!
I have intermittently complained about iSight performance on my MBP. Well, after having spent big bucks to have better lighting installed in my den, one side effect is that all of the sudden my hit rate for accurate reading of ISBN's is about 80% as opposed to 20%. It is still better the glossier th...

Any iSight improvemetns coming?
No iSight happiness on my MBP. Are there any plans to improve it? If not, any recommendations for an inexpensive bar code scanner.
Thanks Howard

Re: Problem with iSight?
This really needs a fix. I bought the product nearly a year ago and the iSight scanning still does not work with any current version or beta, in fact it got worse for my 2006 MBPro. I know from the demo of Booxter that this function can work perfectly. Using the demo, I can scan in every book I try ...

Re: iSight scanning problem on new MacBook Pro
I have a MBP Core 2 Duo 2.33GHz and for the life of me the 4.2 version of BP still does not work with iSight. It also introduced a new problem where movement of the screen image of the ISBN lags behind movement of the actual book. It is very tough to align the ISBN with the iSight due to this lag. L...

iSight scanning much better with Beta
Using BP 4.0.9 and the iSight scanning is hugely improved. I have gone from about 10-20% recognition to about 60-70%. Maybe this is as much as one can expect from the iSight technology?
Thanks!
Thanks!

iSight Problems
I have a MacBook Pro 2.33 Core 2 and my hit rate for ISBN scanning is under 10%. I have played with the trial of Bookster and it is above 50% and faster. I bought Bookpedia knowing this was the case because I like the software otherwise. But this means there must be some way to improve the scanning ...
