Pocketpedia2 to DVDPedia?

Pocketpedia2 to DVDPedia?

Hi there,
I did something stupid this morn (deleted...something...I'm honestly not sure whay) and only have a back-up dating to March 2010 on my Mac.
However, I did sync my Iphone this morn, so, is there any way to get that up-to-date info onto my Mac and into my DVDpedia?

You're in luck - with Pocketpedia2 this is indeed an option. Here's what you need to do: in DVDpedia hold down the Option key and click on the Help menu to reveal a hidden 'Pocketpedia' menu command. Select that and again, while holding down the Option key click on the 'Import' button. Follow the instructions about initiating the sync from Pocketpedia2 to give DVDpedia access to the data. The import will not bring in the covers as they have been reformatted very small for the iPhone, but you can download all the covers and missing information via the Advanced menu > Get more info > Amazon US for a selection of items in DVDedia.
