Insert own Collection Icons

Is there a way to insert your own collection icons in the left hand source list.

I wish to create several Wish Lists based on genre, I also have several smart collections based on genre as well and thought it would be great to have an icon next to the collection name that represents that genre.

You can add your own, yes, but it can only be one per collection type, i.e. all your smart collections have to have the same icon, all your regular collections have to have the same icon, etc.

To change the images you have to into the program itself (ctrl-click the Pedia program icon and choose 'Show package contents') and navigate to Contents/Framework/Pediabase.framework/Resources/ and find the files you'd like to replace. Make sure you name your version of the images the exact same thing so the program will pick them up as a replacement and also keep a copy of your icons apart from the application since they'll be overwritten the next time you download an update for the program and you'll have to replace them again.

Thanks Nora - I can understand your answer and the coding to allow individual or user preferred icons would be difficult. But then, is there a way to place the Wish List Star icon against each Wish List? as long as we title the list as Wish List then followed by the extra text.

I.E.
Star Icon Wish List - Science Fiction
Star Icon Wish List - Gay and Lesbian

Or maybe make it as a File > New Wish List

No, the program cannot support more than one dedicated wish list (or borrowed collection) at this point.
