File Extension When Exporting in CSV Format

Currently when exporting to CSV format, the file created has an extension "txt". In order to import this into a spreadsheet program the file extension must be changed from "txt" to "cvs". Please consider having the application create the file with an extension of "cvs".

The export should pick up the file extension given by the user in the save panel, if none is given then it defaults back on .txt. But I have updated the beta version of Bookpedia to fall back on the .cvs if doing a CVS export.
