Invalid Activation Set ID (-25000)
I downloaded Bookpedia to my computer and entered the software license. It then directed me to a web browser to enter an Installation ID number, which I assumed to be the software license code. However, I got "Invalid Activation Set ID (-25000)" error message. How can I activate my software?

To validate the serial number the software needs internet access so that the server can let it know it's a valid order. Do make sure that you are not blocking Bookpedia from accessing the internet. This way you will not need to do the activation code.
If you go with the web browser Installation ID method, the ID will be displayed in the window back in Bookpedia, so that you can copy paste it in to the browser window for validation.
If you continue having any issues just let me know and I will look up your order and make sure that your serial number is okay and everything is setup properly.
