Custom print help

Maybe a long time user can help me with this.
I made a custom printing template and it prints the columns for my Custom fields but not the data in them.
It prints the data fine from the pre-existing fields of Title and Theatrical.

Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?

I think, could be wrong here, but you must use the Custom column titles

eg: Custom 1 Custom 2 etc or Custom Tag 1, Custom Tag 2 etc or Custom Text 1

Not the actual label that you have given them.

You get the idea.

Thanks for making the suggestion. I think I followed what to do and it didn't work for me so far. I'll give it one more try though after a night's sleep.
