CDpedia Backup not working

Not a huge issue because I just do the compression and save manually, but I'm curious.

On my system (Ventura, but this also happened with Monterey) DVDpedia backup works perfectly fine, but CDpedia doesn't. It chugs along saying 'Archiving' as it's supposed to, but then I get an error prompt "Action required - The program failed to create an archive of your data folder". I've tried to save to three different places on internal and external drives.

I've tried re-downloading CDpedia and that hasn't worked.

Any ideas?

Conor is busy coding for macOS Ventura as well as fixing all the little niggles that keep creeping in. There are also edge cases which some users are reporting that affect them only.

So hopefully soon there will be some minor update releases with a major update around the corner.
