Hi and welcome to these great Pedia forums
If your English is poor, please use Google Translate and copy and paste English result into your topic.
As to your questions: No, unfortunately at some time you have Ticked "Do not show this warning again" box in the Delete Confirmation pop up panel. So once an entry has been deleted, you can not retrieve it.
However, I believe you can re-enable the warning Confirmation panel once again.
Goto Finder > Menubar > Go > Go to Folder > and copy and paste the folllowing: ~/Library/Preferences/com.bruji.bookpedia.plist and move this file to the trash. You will lose all your program settings but it should only take a few minutes to redo via Bookpedia > Settings. This should bring back all the warning panels.
Let us all know how you get on.
