Importing playlist as an album, not as a collection
I imported some playlists expecting they would come in as albums but they are coming in as their own ... libraries ... collection? I have a library of homemade mixtapes, cds and playlists with each representing its own album. I was hoping to save myself a lot of manual entry with my playlists. Once ...

Re: Cosmetic: consider renaming CDPedia and DVDPedia
I think MoviePedia and AlbumPedia would work. Although albums predate cds ... as FineWine indicated - the are making a bit of a comeback. That aside, the younger generation know and often use the term to describe an ... album(?). They rarely use 'cd'. In fact there are some that barely know what a c...

Re: ComicPedia?
thanks Conor ... hadn't thought of using Bookpedia ... or I did ... maybe saw a previous response from you on it and forgot about it. Makes sense. I'll give it a try.

Pocketpedia: landscape mode for iPhone version?
The iPad version works well and supports portrait and landscape. iPhone is portrait only.

ComicPedia?
This would be the last Pedia I would need to complete my transition from Collectorz to Bruji. Possible source ideas: Wikipedia, Midtown Comics, Comics Price Guide, Comicbookdb.com, comics.org, stashmycomics, comicbookrealm (listed as a free comic book database); I suspect that, ideally, a source lik...

PocketPedia / CDPedia
I have quite a few mix tapes and cds in my collection. With each I am using the 'artist' field within the track listing tab in order to correctly reflect the changing artists. Pocketpedia does not seem to show the artists when I look at these entries. Shows only track and time. Am I missing it or is...

Cosmetic: consider renaming CDPedia and DVDPedia
Both represent mostly past media, not that I do not have plenty of both in my collection and wish to keep them there. Just thinking - from a cosmetic perspective it might present more appropriately with names that reflect the current or broader nature of the collection (MusicPedia?, FilmPedia?). It ...

Re: Not access to Amazon anymore
I am having the same issue. When attempting to obtain this Associates ID I am required to enter my URL. I do not have a URL as I am not looking for referral commission.
I did try the beta test and that worked.

Re: Bug: Editing a field in library weirdness.
@AarbronBeast Thank you for the verification fix. @audacious Thank you for the clear explanation and the use of specific example that you were having problems with. This is a rare bug that is normally not an issue. When you accept the entry into your library, you are telling CDpedia that all the da...

Re: Bug: Editing a field in library weirdness.
I am having issues as well. I added Def Leppard - High 'n' Dry to CDPedia. I have the 12 track version so I added the only option with the 12 tracks. It was a Japanese issue, not the one I have but it was the closest and so I added it. I then set about changing / correcting those fields I needed to ...

Re: Gamepedia Search: am I doing something wrong?
I've figured out that I can get much closer by putting items in quotes. But I am wondering why I would have to. How could a simple search for something like Fallout 4, which should have been an easy one to come up with and list first, go so wrong as to generate console names that barely even share a...

Gamepedia Search: am I doing something wrong?
I lookup Fallout 4 and I get Amazon Fire TV Stick. Not even close. I open it up to see other results and I see Playstation 4 - Star Wars Battlefront, X-Box One - Gears of War and several other consoles before I see the first actual game - Call of Duty Black Ops II. The 8th one down was Fallout 4 for...
Re: TV Series
1. I totally missed this. I had been assuming I was seeing everything available for display with my alt-click and that it was in this spot I was determining what should and should not be displayed. 2. I noted that I cannot just alt-click and add smart folder episodes to an excluded collection. I cre...
Re: TV Series
I know this is an older topic but I have recently begun adding those tv series that I own. I have been following along as listed in this string but have a few questions. Sorry for the list but just looking for some guidance for tv series as I try to settle on a flow. 1. While episode number appears ...

Re: Bookpedia updated, iSight still doesn't scan barcodes?
this was the closest string. iSight still not working correctly. In some cases the numbers it is looking up aren't even close to the ISBN. Seems to also have issues when there is a smaller barcode right next to the larger one, as occurs often.
